  6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your shipment.

  7. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return - There are 2 ways to complete returns. You can file through our website a return, or email us personally so we can try and figure out what we can do to help or fix your order in the event something is not correct or something has happened to your package! 

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

  5. Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item(s).

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
